GIS Analyst

We’re looking for a skilled GIS Analyst to join our dynamic team at PUT Group LLC! If you have a passion for GIS mapping, data management, and web application development, this is the role for you!

Position: GIS Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
Experience: 8+ years in GIS and web application development

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage GIS maps, attributes, and reports
• Use ArcGIS and other mapping APIs (e.g., JavaScript)
• Support VDOT field users with GIS expertise
• Develop complex analyses and multi-layered maps
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI

Must-Have Skills:
 8+ years in GIS and GIS application development
 Strong experience with ArcGIS Suite (Arc 10.x, ArcGIS Pro)
 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-Have:
Experience with ESRI Roads & Highways
Reporting Tools: Power BI
