Key Responsibilities:
Hardware support for Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, and RPOS systems.
Printer troubleshooting and repairs.
Perform reactive, on-site service events, including hardware configuration and technical action plans.
Build strong customer relationships and maintain service excellence.
Adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
