Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess IT performance metrics
• Develop and maintain balanced scorecards and dashboards
• Analyze performance data and optimize IT functions
• Collaborate on process improvement activities

Must-Have Skills:
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
 Six Sigma Certified
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:
 Knowledge of SQL
