WORK ENVIRONMENT:
We operate as a remote-first organization, with some roles requiring occasional on-site presence in designated locations. This role as a Project Manager involves periodic travel to client sites based on project requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels. You'll collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to deliver results. Success in this role demands the ability to balance competing requirements, including scope, time, schedule, and cost, with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in active listening, interpretation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and influence. A deep understanding of project management principles, processes, and tools—aligned with the Project Management Body of Knowledge—is essential for managing projects across their lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
